The JAB Athletics Ambassador Program is for young athletes who compete with confidence, put in the work, and represent themselves well on and off the field.
We’re looking for athletes and families who genuinely connect with what JAB Athletics stands for and are excited to help us share that message through real training, competition, and everyday athlete life.
You don’t need thousands of followers. We care more about authenticity, consistency, effort, and quality content.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for athletes and families who:
  • Are actively involved in sports
  • Train and compete consistently
  • Represent themselves and others positively
  • Are comfortable appearing in photos and videos
  • Create or are willing to create social media content
  • Are willing to share their experience with JAB Athletics
  • Can participate in occasional JAB campaigns, product launches, and content opportunities
  • Have a parent or guardian actively involved in the ambassador relationship

Being a JAB Ambassador isn’t about becoming an influencer.
It’s about representing the work.
We want to show real athletes training, competing, improving, winning, struggling, learning, and getting better.

AMBASSADOR WELCOME PACKAGE

Selected JAB Athletics Ambassadors will receive a welcome package designed to help them train, compete, and represent the brand.

Your package may include:

  • Built Through Work T-Shirt
  • Run Your Race Performance Shirt
  • Compete With Courage Fleece Pullover
  • The Athlete Builder Training Guide
  • Athlete Nutrition Guide
  • JAB Gear Item — selected ambassadors will receive either a performance water bottle or JAB backpack

Gear selections may vary based on availability, athlete needs, sizing, and campaign plans.

This is more than free gear. We’re building a team of athletes and families who believe in the work.

Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance into the JAB Athletics Ambassador Program. Applications are reviewed based on overall fit, athlete representation, content potential, participation, and alignment with the JAB Athletics brand.
